Privacy
This page explains what Clearpath Law collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you send a form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number and any message. When you call or text, we see your number and what you tell us. Like most sites, this one records basic visit data, such as the pages viewed and the type of device.
How we use it
We use it to answer you, to schedule a call or meeting, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with debt collectors or lenders.
Please keep confidential details out
Don't send account numbers, your Social Security number or other confidential details through the form, a text or an email. We'll ask for what we need in person or through a secure channel once you are a client.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people who do not become clients for as long as we need to answer them, then delete them. A client file is kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Write to office@clearpathlaw.com or call (909) 555-0147.
